 Alan Gratz, Author
The AJC Decatur Book Festival Labor Day weekend was awesome! Alan Gratz, the author of the books Refugee and Prisoner B-3087, spoke in depth about his desire to share the child's perspective in war and as a refugee. His presentation and Q&A was very informative and compelling. Projekt 1068: A World War II Novel by Alan Gratz is a required reading for our 2017-2018 Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl (HRRB) team. See the booklist of all required reading for the Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl (HRRB) team at http://barackobamaes.dekalb.k12.ga.us/HelenRuffinReadingBowlTeam.aspx.
